Anthony Michael Martirano, 33, passed away suddenly on June 10, 2017. Anthony was born in Yonkers on December 24th, 1983, to Anthony and Deslyn Bergenson Martirano, the oldest brother of Nicholas and Michael Martirano, adored grandson of Anna Martirano, Frederick W. Bergenson, and the late Luciano Martirano and Miriam Bergenson. Cherished son-in-law of Andrew and Eileen Ryan and beloved husband of Justine Ryan Martirano. Justine and Anthony dated for 10 years before their joyful wedding ceremony 18 months ago. Anthony was employed by the Westchester County Parks Department for 14 years. Anthony brought happiness, contagious laughter, and an enthusiastic sense of adventure to all aspects of his life. A true outdoorsman and free spirit, Anthony could be found spending his time playing hockey with his brothers and teammates, rock climbing, gardening, woodworking, cooking, reading, traveling the world with his beloved Justine, and spending time with her, their families, and their friends. Anthony’s life and world revolved around the love he had for his wife, his parents, brothers, grandparents, extended family and friends. Although Anthony’s sudden passing has left a hole in the hearts of his family and friends, his sense of humor, carefree attitude, and the consistent love and light he brought to everyone he interacted with will continue to shape the lives of all those who were blessed to know him. Arrangements entrusted to Flower Funeral Home Inc., 714 Yonkers Ave, with visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Anthony you will truly be missed, it was my pleasure to have worked with you for so many years and I enjoyed our friendship. Watching you grow into a crafty tradesman and more so into a true respectful gentleman was a real honor and something to be extremely proud of. My deepest condolences to the Martirano family.

Michael and Annette :
We wish we could have known him growing up. He touched so many during his time on earth. Our deepest condolences.

Deepest condolences for your loss. May your family find comfort in the scriptural hope found at Revelation 21:4;"..death will be no more.., the former things have passed away."
